Here are a few of our recent achievements:

• Omega World Travel, Inc., et al. v. Mummagraphics, Inc., et al.
• Representing Omega World Travel, Inc., an internet-based travel management company, we pursued a defamation action against the defendants who were accusing our client of sending "spam" advertising emails. We obtained a $2.5 million verdict in our favor in a federal jury trial.
  
• Daniel Jones Remodeling, LLC v. Johnny Cheng-The Chui, et al.
• In a breach of contract matter with a restoration and construction company, we represented the defendants who were the owners of the home on which the plaintiff was working. In a case of first impression, we succeeded in having the plaintiff"s claim dismissed on the grounds that a contractor cannot, by statute, submit a claim based on a contract for which he or she is underlicensed to perform.
